Supervision and Consultaion

Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation

I offer clinical supervision and professional consultation for pre-licensed clinicians seeking support that is thoughtful, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in ethical practice. My approach to supervision mirrors my therapeutic work: collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your professional growth.

Supervision and consultation are not just requirements on the path to licensure—they are opportunities to deepen clinical understanding, strengthen confidence, and develop your authentic professional voice.

Because all supervision is provided virtually, I am able to work with clinicians anywhere in the state of Colorado.

My Supervision & Consultation Philosophy

I believe effective supervision and consultation are built on:

-
Psychological safety and trust
-
Curiosity rather than judgment
-
Honest reflection and mutual respect

This is a space where questions are welcome, uncertainty is normalized, and growth happens through collaboration. Supervisees and consultees are encouraged to bring their full professional selves—including questions about clinical work, ethical challenges, and personal development—into the process.
